Orange Belgium has a new CFO and the CEO of Orange Luxembourg has additional responsibilities in Belgium

Michaël Trabbia, CEO of Orange Belgium, has made four new appointments to his top team.

Arnaud Castille, who has been Orange group’s head of mergers and acquisitions since 2013, will become CFO of Orange Belgium from 1 December, replacing Ludovic Pech, who becomes the group’s CFO for the Middle East and Africa. Castille earlier spent six years as CFO of Maroc Telecom.

Three other executives will take up their positions from 1 October.

Werner De Laet will be chief wholesale and innovation officer of Orange Belgium, and will continue in his existing role as CEO of Orange Luxembourg.

De Laet will be responsible for managing the wholesale operations of Orange Belgium – which operated as Mobistar until it was rebranded earlier in 2016 – as well as its innovation arm, reporting directly to the Orange Group.

Alain Ovyn, the current chief customer service officer, will be responsible for digital transformation and will also be responsible for operational performance and IT. His new title will be chief transformation and digital officer.

Purchasing director Stéphane Janssens will be chief customer experience officer.
